The name Bi4Bi, all graphics, design and text on the Bi4Bi site, are sole property of Bi4Bi and cannot be reproduced without consent of the owners.

If your email address changes you must renew your address within your profile section or inform Bi4Bi of the change, failing to do so will result in contacts or mail forwarding to yourself cannot not being guaranteed and we take no responsibility for subsequent loss of mail. If your internet provider reports that your address no longer exists then Bi4BiAds may subsequently close your account, resulting in loss of your membership. Please note that some mail forwarding services (for example hotmail/bigfoot/yahoo etc.) may limit the amount of mail stored and as such we cannot guarantee mail reaching you through these services - it is always better to use your real email address.

Any mail sent from an unrecognised email address shall be deemed from a non-member and thus be deleted automatically by our server.

Bi4Bi have the right to cancel any account at any given time if deemed neccesary.

Bi4Bi membership is subject to the approval of Bi4Bi. We retain the right to refuse/cancel membership at any time.

Minimum age of any member of Bi4Bi shall be at least 18 years of age, or appropriate legal age of your country, but not less than 18.

Abusive behaviour of any member to another member will automatically result in closure of account.

Bi4Bi takes no responsibility for content of any messages forwarded through our mailing system or results from subsequent meetings/contacts between members.

Any complaints are to be sent using the contact form and will be deal with accordingly. Please note, the automatic mail server copies all mail sent through itself for archive and complaints purposes.

Bi4Bi automatic forwarding system is to be used only for contacting or messaging between Bi4Bi members only and not as an alternative email address. If the forwarding system is abused by any member their account will be automatically terminated.

Bi4Bi take no responsibility of the content of the adverts or pictures submitted to Bi4Bi and the legallity of said pictures/postings is the responsibilty of the member concerned. We also reserve the right to edit any advert we deem neccesary. We also reserve the right to use any text/pictures submitted for advertising purposes, whilst maintaining the annonymity of our clients.

All payments to Bi4Bi are non-refundable on activation of a full account.

While Bi4Bi does their best to forward all mail from their clients, we cannot guarantee all forwarded emails will always get to the intended destination due to any subsequent technical problems caused by the internet or providers concerned, and cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss of mail therein.

Whilst we will endeavour to process all applications / complaints within a 48 hour period, this may not be so due to operating constraints and email delivery delays, and Bi4Bi takes no responsibility for this whatsoever.
